Looking back at the journey from day one of opening our doors, we are just blown away by the incredible support you've all shown us. The experience running Barbossa for the past 5 years has been a wild ride!

Your support, laughs, and shared moments have truly made Barbossa to what it is today.

I've taken on various roles in my 12 years at Barbossa, from PA to functions and marketing manager, and even bartender! The best aspect of working here is undoubtedly the close-knit family atmosphere: the support, the banter, and the love make each day enjoyable. My favourite dishes are the sweet potato salad with prawns or crispy-skinned barramundi, perfectly complemented by adventurous gin choices or a hint of spiced rum.

The Cafer children have all had a taste of the hospitality industry growing up with their parents owning a Bar! We have all got high hopes for these kiddos to succeed in whatever avenues they choose to explore! We are totally rooting for an ownership handover in the future!
